The interview process was very direct, informational, and comfortable. Contact was initiated through email. There we scheduled a phone interview with the Brand Manager that would oversee this position. The call was about 30 minutes and was mostly about current job responsibilities. The call also got into a little bit of what the job entails and my interests level for the job. There was a couple questions that were more for personality and how I would fit into the company. From there a second interview was scheduled through email. The second was an in person interview with the Brand Manager over this position. This interview was mainly a get to know you to see if you fit within the team. It was also a learning opportunity to not only learn about the position, but also the company. In the end you get an awesome pillow for going to the interview. The Brand Manager I interviewed with was wonderful, and I would have loved to work under her. After that first in person interview (second interview) you move onto second in person interview (third interview). However, for my position they decided to go with someone with more experience so I did not get to this phase. Overall it was the best interview process I have ever been apart of. I am really disappointed I didn't get to work for this great company or get this position that really excited me. However, I would definitely apply again.
