it was about a year in the making with a few casual interviews with Holly and then 2-3 more formal interviews at Malouf HQ. I also did go to Vegas for a day to help setup for summer market and meet and work with the VM team. After that we had another follow up interview. Then the job got put on hold and then it was back on again and 2 weeks later I had started working at Malouf.
