Very straightforward. Easy questions that don't seem to test you, rather figure out your experience in customer service. The interviewer was helpful and easy going during the whole process. I might consider going back one day.

How many years customer service experience do you have?
Quick and easy. Got straight to the point and told me about the job on the phone. Just asked about past work experience and what my future goals were and if I was ever interested in working in other departments.
It wasn’t an interview , you apply online and take an assessment. Once you get hired you come in for orientation which is computer based trainings for the whole day .
