The interviewer was kind of rude but I assumed the position was quite easy. first position where the interviewer was so rude it would be nice to work at macys but again the person was rude
Pretty straightforward. If they like you and you have a good personality, they'll hire you. A lot of sale experience is nice as this sector is competitive. Make sure to dress nice!

When is a time you had an issue with a return and how did you handle it?
After applying I recieved a phone call and interviewed that week. It was great. Very robust conversation. Manager was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable about running a department. She was very clear about what the department was looking for.
