the online ability test is normally hard, the ability test will mostly test about your management skills. the time only have around 38 minutes which is not enough to finish all questions

the first part is an aptitude test, testing for your logic and reasoning and measures your cognitive capacity. second part is a group interview usually with a group of people with similar background, then is a written test to test your ability to present ideas clearly
There are four rounds of interviews: online assessment, then group discussion on a topic about technology, then a online written test of two essays, and final panel interview that discussed your CV, your motivation and preference on which team you want to work in.
