In the first interview, they said it was 100% remote with no travel reqiurements and they did not encourage working outside office hours. I immediately got a job offer. I set up another zoom call to ask some clarifying questions. The VP Gerald seemed irritated and suddenly the job required flying to San Francisco MONTHLY and the benefits were different than the employee handbook they sent me. Without asking if I would work outside office hours, they told the recruiter I was "inflexible" because I didn't like their rule changes and was unwilling to work outside of scheduled hours - without pay! Then I guess I am! I don't work for free. Plus the tout a 20% commission but have so many restrictions on it, that I doubt I'd even make much. Though it's not a sales job, he has SALES QUOTAS and puts the employees in a raffle to see if they get to earn anything for the new biz they generated. Raffles to get paid for your work? No thank you! Plus his attitude was compatative and he actually tried to argue with me.
