I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at MICROS Systems in Apr 2009
Interview
It started out as a phone interview, which took a while to receive after applying for the job. Phone interview they just gauged my personality and asked me what I was doing and when could I come in. Afer the phone interview I met with a series of people. The first set of people where people in the same field the I was applying for. They where very straight forward and nice, they just sat back and talked to you about previous job experiences. After that you met with management first was immediate manager. Who again gauged your personality and past work experiences. After that you met with their manager who was the hardest part of the interview. He explained the process and asked more questions related to the field. From there he gave you 5 minutes to teach him anything and you could use anything in the office it didn't matter what. I choose to teach him how to make a paper airplane. This process is to see how well you present information in a tough environment. Remember there is no wrong answer on what you can teach him. Then after him you meet with the GM. Which is just basically to verify everything from all the feed back he has received.

2 weeks later I found out I was hired, prior to starting you must take your drug test at a labcorp so find one way in advance because not all labcorp's have such testing.
