Difficult process comprised of many rounds of interviews as well as a lot of technical and behavioral questions at each stage. Tough to get a read on all the various team members through out the process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MFS (Boston, MA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Straight forward questions on Margin/Collateral. Received a phone call. Met over Teams and had back to back meetings. Had to cut interview short because one of the interviewers had another meeting.
Applied and received an invitation 2 months later. did a video interview and hiring manager never bothered to get back to me after. very unprofessional but person interviewing me was very nice.
