Interview process was surprisingly fast and easy. Got a call from HR about a week after I applied with a little phone interview just asking basic questions and giving a job description. Went to the interview in the hospital. It was a panel interview. Got an offer the next day.

Interview
I've interview in 3 different departments for receptionist. Each interview was different. The first was a panel interview that consisted of the hiring manager, admin asst, 1 current receptionist, a psc, and head psc. It lasted about an hour and everyone was pretty nice and it was laid back. The second dept it was just myself and the hiring manager. The third department was another panel with the hiring manager, myself, and a nursing supervisor.

Interview
The interview process went smoothly. When I was waiting for a callback, there were some bumpos in the road. We had to wait for HR to interview additional candidates. Once I had the offer, everything was fine. The background check was extensive and completed well before my start date.
