Got a call and set up an interview time the very next day. Asked about my experiences and talked about schedule and pay. Drove home and got a call for an offer before I got home.

Interview
Was pretty straight forward. Came into the plant and met with the first shift supervisor. Had a small tour around the plant and then a few questions. Being a press operator I was familiar with the basic process.
