Interview
I had my first interview after submitting resume a week ago. I have a lot of experience but was not familiar with the brushes, the color wheel and false eye lashes. I am hoping that they saw what I could bring to the company. They will let me know in a week if I can move on to the next stage of the process which will be an application on a model.
You have to go into the store and speak to the manager. Once you speak to them they give you a website and then you apply online. You have to answer a 100 question questionnaire. It took like an hour and a half. They screen your questions and if you do well they send you another link for a video interview.

Interview
Three stage interview. Telephone interview with counter manager, then with area manager, last with the regional manager. Interview were done telephonically due to covid 19 and that I was in a different province. Interview was done via video call. The question get harder with every stage
