The interview i had was very relaxed. One of the lab technicians showed me around the plat. He walked me through fabrication and then went to the the physical and analytical lab and showed me the variety of instruments i would come across if hired. Then the interview was with three of the technicians, no suits from HR or business. Interview was very relaxed. Most questions were just about me and my personal life, not much on my resume. They wanted to work with someone they could get along with.
