The interview process was quite good with the HR person, he was very engaging and fun to talk to. The hiring manager was very serious and was very hard to read but stated she liked a number of my ideas. Everything was done over Teams. Then it was crickets. I followed up a couple of times but nothing was answered. I found out about 2 months later from a mutual contact that they had hired someone. Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
