Hiring through a job fair in Seattle, WA in October, 1995. Received a phone interview first then a second interview in person at Vancouver, WA. The team that interviewed me was very interested in me and very nice to me, offered me free and decent lodging and transportation. Interview process was very pleasant.

Question 1
it was an entry-level position, most of the questions were tough to me. The most difficult one is "how do you handle yourself when the project you are in charge is approaching deadline?"
Two rounds. One with recruiter and one panel interview. The recruiter call was basic. The panel interview was moderate to easy. They asked questions about my previous experiences and projects. There was some cross questioning on my projects but overall it was not very difficult.
Interview process was completed with in a days.so I can say it is very good.i recommended to join this company because it's a product based company.work life balance is not much good
