I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Feb 2011
Interview
I applied to an ad I found on line. I had a call within 2 weeks for a phone interview and a week later I was contacted to interview in person with 2 directors that the position would support. They were very young and asked a series of questions and were asking the same questions of each candidate. I got the impression that they were not all that interested in me and suspect they had an internal candidate in mind. At one point I ruffled feathers with a question.
