I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Position listing on campus recruiting site was for a general position with subsequent specialization. After applying, I interviewed on campus and was told that I was not interviewing for any positions, only that I could potentially be contacted if there was an opening in the specialization I specified. Interviewer asked nothing but behavioral questions and wrote down all of my answers. Was told I could expect to hear back within a month or two, but never heard back, even after numerous follow-ups.
I submitted my application in October, interviewed at the end of November, and received an offer letter in early December. Overall, the interview process was smooth, direct, and very straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Lakeland, FL) in Dec 2025
