First applied online thru their company specific website. Received notification of the application being submitted, then it was about a month before recruiter contacted me. Phone interview then followed up by a detailed in person interview with a panel of managers. Whole process 1.5 months.

STAR interview. About 10 questions based on different scenarios and how you would handle them. Panel Interview of 3 people. They focus more on behavior fit and competency. Recruite contacted first interview was scheduled for following week.

It was internal for a new position with every manager for all of the open roles in attendance at the same time because they were reorganizing our entire group. Everyone had to reapply for their same job or a new job.
