I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Loadsmart in Jun 2021
Interview
Got the first interview with a recruiter, just to explain how the company works and to know me better. There was a technical test in Hackerrank and after that I did a technical interview with the team. If approved, there is an interview with the team manager.

Interview
Primeira etapa é a entrevista com o RH, conversando sobre experiências passadas e sobre você. Segunda etapa é um desafio de programação, em Python e outra linguagem de sua preferencia. Terceira etapa é entrevista técnica.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Loadsmart in Jun 2021
Interview
The whole process was very smooth and the answers came quickly.
The first step is an interview with HR to understand more about the position and align expectations. Right away we were given information about the type of work, benefits, etc.
Then came the technical test, the most difficult part of the whole process, in my opinion.
After that there is a technical interview, where two people from the team ask about your skills, experience, and even some technical questions related to the job requirements.
Finally comes the cultural fit interview, in my case it was with the team leader and was a very relaxed chat, focused on understanding my soft skills and also to clear up any questions I had related to position, schedules, etc.
Last interview was on Friday and I got the feedback on Tuesday, like I said, very fast.
In general I had a good experience and would definitely recommend it! Everyone I talked to was really kind and patient, very good energy!
