I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group in Jan 2016
Interview
Having completed the online application form and taken the psychometric tests, I was invited to undertake a 30min long video interview. It was not a one-to-one video interview but rather an online application presenting the questions, then allowing candidates 30 seconds to prepare, before giving 90 seconds to record their responses. There were no opportunities to re-record a response, and nor were there any chances to pause the process.
I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Bristol, England)
Interview
Fill the online application, complete a first online assessment, then invited to job simulation and lastly online assessment centre.
Most of the tests and questions assess how you respond to different situations.
