I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Fort Worth, TX) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was only one round and it can either be virtual or in person these days. times have changed due to covid. I talked with the head personal trainer about how I would apporach teaching a client how to deadlift and how to squat properly.
Wonderful, straight to the point of they already can see you in the team, very friendly team, beautiful establishment and good work opportunity overall, just have to put in the work
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Life Time (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
