Recruiter reached out about a month after I applied. The very first interview was a video interview. She asked typical questions about previous work experience, nothing out of the ordinary. She didn't go into detail about the position or the company like many interviewers do for the first interview. She asked me if I had any questions about the position, I asked her if the position had high turnover, she said she didn't know, but also said that she had posted the position twice in a 3 month time frame. The position description also mentioned travel, I asked her about that, and she said she didn't think there was travel. All in all, it was an easy interview, but she didn't seem to know a lot about the position which is a bit odd. After the interview, I was invited to complete an assessment. The assessment has mathematical questions which aren't too bad, but it also has about 25 personality questions, which we all know, if your personality doesn't fit what they are looking for, you will not move forward. Needless to say, after taking the assessment, they decided to move forward with other candidates, which I wasn't even sad about. All in all, they weed people out quickly, which saves us all time in the long run, can't be mad at that.
