Question 1
Can you explain a typical day?
I advised I would reverse engineer the role and break down to a typical day based on goals and targets by modelling past successful BDM
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Law In Order (Brisbane) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was expected of a professional environment. A 10min presentation of a 30,60,90 day plan and how you expect to spend this time. 10min Max.
Although I wasn't a successful candidate, it was extremely disappointing and unprofessional to seek feedback on the application to be ignored by the in house recruitment person.
No committed timelines were met or communication commitments by the hiring manager. The somewhat templated response advising of not being successful was inconsistent with the feedback gained through the interview process.
It is with true disappointment that I write this review, however, as a senior sales professional, I would completely avoid this organisation.
