Relaxed interview process. Basically all behavioral questions. I definitely stammered a lot and still got the job. I wouldn't worry too much about the interview. There's not much else to say/

Interview
Very quick asked me some situational questions related to lifeguarding and customer service as well as had me take a Briggs Myers test. Then talked over what working at Lafayette is like. Was given a huge packet of papers that outlined what was to come as well as mentioned that there was a mandatory in-service training coming up.
