I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lacoste (Philadelphia, PA) in Jun 2010
Interview
Interview consisted of questions relating to prior experience in both sales and retail, as well as other learning experiences relevant to a sales position. It wasn't really a conventional interview (took place on the sales floor as soon as the application was handed in) but it still resulted in a job offer. Just be aware that handing in the application is the first part of the hiring process.

Question 1
What is your most recent retail or sales experience?
Over the phone and in person interview, very casual. Asked about experience and where you want to go in the future. Make sure to have a little insight on the history of Lacoste + would be good to scope the store out and new collections as you may be asked on them

Very easy. Typical sales questions and nothing too crazy or off the wall. Make sure you know and understand why sales for you. This is going to help you in the long run.
