Interview
Began with a quick phone interview asking why I was interested in the position. I was asked to come in for an interview that lasted about 30 mintues. I was called the next day to meet with the Director and offered the position later that day. The office is like the brand in that it's fun and laid back, however the employees work hard.

Sehr entspanntes kennenlernen und ein offenes Gespräch. Das Team ist sehr locker und mehr interessiert an deiner Person als an deinen spezifischen Skills. Man hat das Gefühl, dass es wichtig ist dass die Chemie stimmt und man gut ins Team passt.

I applied on LinkedIn as soon as it was posted. I then received an email to set up a phone interview time a few hours later. The woman I spoke to during the phone interview was nice. She asked a few questions, but nothing in depth. The phone interview was very quick, and seemed like they wanted someone right then and there.

Interview
I was phone screened by an intern whom asked me basic questions such as "what is your past experience?" "do you have experience working in groups?" and then was invited in for an interview. The interview was more informative and not many questions were asked.
