Targeted Selection: Sets of questions some related to people skills others to job specific skills. Usually 3 interviews for 1 hour each with 3 different people. They are looking for a description of the situation, then how the situation was handled and lastly what the person learned from it for the future. When the interview is conducted be sure they move to the next section of the table on their interview notes so that all 3 sections are covered.
