I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LaJoy Group (Livonia, MI)
Interview
UNPROFESSIONAL! Yes, the call back was quick, however I am glad I chose to withdraw my application. I arrived EARLY, despite the fact that the building has no clear sign except the "LaJoy Group Now Hiring" sign on the lawn. Entering the small building, there is a phone that you have to dial an extension for which no one answers. I had to wait for someone to see me at the door. While waiting, the manager who NEVER answered my calls assumed that I was late for my interview and declined. While explaining to one of the employees the situation, she agreed to "allow" me to interview. The person who interviewed me was very dry, and not enthusiastic at all about the position. I declined my application because the environment and spirit of the office was very negative. I would not apply, nor recommend anyone to do so if they are looking for a positive and professional work place.

I applied online. I interviewed at LaJoy Group (Canton, MI) in May 2016

Brief phone Interview followed by a more in-depth in-person interview. Phone interview was about 10-15 minuets, with basic bio questions and preference of work locations. In-person interview was more about how you react to particular situations to gage out your personality.

Question 1
Would you help a lady find some bread that is not from Aunt Millies?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at LaJoy Group (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2016
Interview
Call from LaJoy. 3 minute talk, offer immediately. Drug test, physical to follow within 2-3 days. It should be noted that I worked for the client site that LaJoy was interviewing me for for 7 years. I took a brief 25 day hiatus from the company and was offered to return through LaJoy. Not much of an interview was required for this position.
