Interview
First I had a phone interview with the department head of the division that I was applying to. Very friendly and asked about my background and interests. Then setup an in person interview. They flew me down, paid for my hotel, and did a basic in person interview.

I got a phone screening with Cortney who was very friendly and set up a virtual interview with Round Rock and San Antonio. This is not mandatory they did give an in person option but due to my situation I preferred on Teams. They got back to me in a week.
