Interview

The process was very smooth. Interviewed with HR and then the VP and Managing Director. For the last interview, I presented a small presentation on how to help a made-up client. Each interview lasted around 30-40 minutes.

Interview

Company and offices are growing at quick rate, and I had an initial convo with regional office head, which was unusual, but great to talk with someone senior that quickly.

I applied online. I interviewed at LEWIS Global Communications in Mar 2021

Interview

Applied on LinkedIn and recruiter reached out after a week or so. After the phone screen I was asked to create a 'video cover letter' due the next day because my 2nd interview was scheduled for then. The ladies who interviewed me were not conversational at all and were kind of rude. They asked different versions of the same question.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. I was given a project to complete which was relatively simple and took a little less than an hour. Then I had a zoom interview with a manger who was nice and asked typical interview questions.

The LEWIS interview process was very pleasant! Someone from their HR team reached out to me about an open position. I had a phone interview the next day. That went well so I moved on to the next round which was a one-on-one zoom interview. Then I was asked to complete a project and present it virtually to a few of their team members. The final interview was pretty straight-forward, getting to know you type of zoom call. Their HR was on top of everything and they were very transparent about the process. I loved getting to know the team but ended up going a different direction.

Interview

This was definitely one of the weirder job interviews I've had. A recruiter reached out to me and in the email referenced my application to a job I had applied for and another one they thought would be a good fit. During the phone screen, the recruiter told me that they weren't interested in my candidacy because I wasn't from the location of the job posting. I'm not sure why they ever followed up with me if all they were going to say was they're not interested. Waste of time. The recruiter was nice, but the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be applying for any positions at LEWIS in the future.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at LEWIS Global Communications (Singapore)

Interview

Very friendly and easy-going people who make an effort to make the interview more like a conversation, instead of the drab formal, vanilla process. If you're the nervous sort, you won't have to worry much here. The team is very thorough in their hiring process, and I was given one of the most extensive assignments ever for an interview, across various types of mediums. I interviewed with both the managing director and APAC SVP, both of whom went into great detail to get a better understanding of your expertise. The HR team gives you tips along the way on what to look out for, helping you present the best version of yourself during these interviews. They were generous with their offer, but I had to end up declining through no fault of theirs.

Interview Questions
  • In-depth questions of how your expertise, skills and experience can contribute to the team. As long as you do your due diligence and research, you'll be fine.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LEWIS Global Communications

Interview

Very disorganized. The HR people don’t know what they are doing. They tell you anything and make false promises to get you to take the job. Things promised like 6-month reviews, promotions and raises, and flexible work from home benefits, don’t actually happen. Most of the things they told me didn’t end up to be true. Very misleading.

Interview

I was poached by the LEWIS recruiter via LinkedIn. Had they actually taken the time to review my profile, they would have seen I was a previous employee over 2 years ago. Additionally, if they had taken the time to review my profile they should have 1) asked HR on what terms I left 2) positioned their outreach differently or 3) have never reached out but instead asked current employees who knew me if I would be open to returning. Clearly the recruiter was desperate to poach my current agency and did not do their research. This is unfortunately not the only ex-employee this type of outreach has happened to.
