LCBO Customer Service Representative - Fixed Term interview questions

It was an interview over the phone. The interview was very informal. The interviewer asked a few standard interview questions like, can you lift 50 lbs., are you legally able to work in Canada, do you need any accommodations for the job...

Two store managers sat across me at at table in a large room - where there were many other tables with the same scenario. They were very good about repeating and rephrasing questions so I could provide the best possible answer. They were friendly and open; and laughed at my jokes.
