District manager and HR managers asking questions regarding situations i have been in and what I would do in certain situations. Delegating. Dealing with problems etc. And a scenario where you had to deal with someone being mistreated.

regional management round-table with a guide book. They bring you into a local store or office and evaluate you with one or more candidates. The whole process takes about a month to two months and you can expect to be in training for four months.

Interview
The interview process was only 2 weeks. I did a phone interview the first week. I did a panel interview the second week on a Monday, and I was made an offer Friday that same week. I accepted and moved forward.
