First interview was phone screen verifying qualifications to job description. Second interview about a month later, was another phone screen with corporate HR Manager verifying skills and abilities, company knowledge (culture, products, etc). Six weeks after second interview was the third interview phone interview with four people (Plant Manager, HR Supervisor, Engineering Manager, and Corp Facilities Manager. Typical phone interview questions with some specifics on facilities. Interview went very well. Two days later I took a personality and intelligence test. Did not hear from Kohler after that.
