I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Knoma (London, England) in Sept 2021
Interview
I had two interviews. First with Brett Shanley, and the second with Mana Nadafian.
Interviews were positive and the feedback in general was that I would be a good fit for the role.
I followed up both interviews with an email to both, and was told that I would hear back as soon as the interview process was finished.
I've followed up multiple times with no responses and the position has since closed.
It's a small task to send a boiler plate rejection email to a job applicant who you've interviewed for a role.
Really didn't reflect well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First interview with CEO, Brett Shanley. He ran me through a slide deck of the company. It was kept to a high level and felt like an intro/screening call. We got to talk through my background and motivation for the role.
I was given a follow up interview with Mana Nadafian. Again, a chance was given to talk through my background and motivation for the role. Mana would have been my effective line manager for the role.
Nothing technical came of it.
Overall, I was told that I would be a good fit for the role and that I'd hear back from them shortly.
