The HR process was efficient and moved along very quickly, which I appreciated. While I didn’t perform as well as I would have liked during the panel interview, I felt confident in my knowledge and understanding of the models discussed, even if there were some areas I could have improved on.
The main interviewer was very positive and professional throughout, helping to keep the conversation moving smoothly. However, there was one senior manager whose behavior was disappointing. He arrived 5 minutes late and left the interview 30 minutes early. His visible frustration and lack of respect when my answers didn’t meet his expectations made the experience uncomfortable. This kind of behavior can give the impression that the interviewee’s time and efforts are not valued.
there are in total three rounds, initial hr call, one tech interview and two final rounds in the same day, with average difficulty, very friendly interviewer, good experience in general.
