Interview
Very strange process. Started with a quick phone screening, then 6 weeks later a group phone interview with all of the finance managers. Was told I’d hear back in the coming weeks/months about next steps (they weren’t even sure of the exact timeline), but it’s been over 5 months since my last correspondence with them. Seems to be very unorganized and if this is an indicator of their corporate structure/culture, I’d stay away.
The interview process was arranged very quickly, but HR did not clearly communicate my visa requirements, which caused some confusion and misalignment and the offer was rescinded despite the prompt scheduling.

Strengths and weakness
Great questions- manager was straight forward in the questions they asked allowing you to understand if their is a potential future between you and the company. Interviewer was very easygoing
Process was three rounds of interviews, the entire process lasted about a month and a half. Questions ranged from behavioral to a few technical questions regarding modeling and analysis work.
