it take 2-days to get a result and the interview is quite easy for me. it was okay just need to be well prepared and the question is relatively straightforward and easy to answer

HR will called you to confirm the date of the iv session. And you need to submit the form that HR send it to you by the email. The process iv I can conclude- shady and red flag. Coz in JD did not stated that you need to go to training in Terengganu HQ in 1 week. And must go to Terengganu HQ often when you want to get “inspiration” or “idea” of the product in 1 week. I thought the office in Puchong so all the goods in there. But nope. As soon you reached in Puchong office, no receptionist will welcome you. And no HR and other colleagues. Just you and your interviewee only. Lol. Got 2 staff in the office and not sure what they do.
The major red flag in here when head of e-commerce wants your idea to market and promote new products even though you are not accept in the company yet. Lollll. And the iv quest just basic things but I’m shocked when head of e-commerce asked me to evaluate him as a bosses. Like what???? HR ghosting me after 1 week and did not get the feedback after the iv session (classic) but it’s ok. Im glad I’m not working in there
