Interview was composed of a paper test (translation from Chinese to English and from English to Chinese) and three separate meetings with different staffs (one junior, the CEO, one senior). The interview was conducted in Mandarin for which I was not prepared. They asked about background and previous work experiences but never introduced the job and the company. The CEO was extremely inpatient and quickly kicked me out in front of another candidate and didn't give me a chance to say thank you and ask for follow-up. This is the most unprofessional and negative experience that I ever had for interview.
