The interview process is conducted via a recruiter. The processes has three stages, with the inital stage consisting a screening processes to demonstrate your knowledge and fit for the role. Once successful, a written assessment would be delegated at a preferred scheduled for the candidate to complete. The written assessment will give a real life scenario of what the role may encounter or conduct on a day to day basis. Lastly, the final interview is conducted with a partner and and a director. Based on what I have found online, the partner gets the final say to approve the candidate as they would be working alongside with the potential candidate.
