      Interview

      Extremely understanding on those breaking into the IT career field. Show some effort and willingness to learn and you will be considered for the position. The hiring manager and those supporting the interview were very professional and were not quick to dismiss lack of education or training. They definitely allowed the opportunity to be hired given that you would put the major effort in learning.
