I recently interviewed for a role at JUMPSEC and had a fantastic experience. The interview process was well-structured and informative. The process involved three rounds: Initial Screening: A casual conversation to get to know each other, discuss skills, experience, expectations, and the role itself. Technical Assessment: A practical exercise where I was given an artifact to analyze and produce a comprehensive report. Final Round: A follow-up discussion on the technical assessment, scenario-based incident response and threat hunting questions, and a tabletop exercise. The recruiters were incredibly supportive and transparent throughout the entire process. They clearly outlined their expectations for the role and provided valuable insights into the company culture. While I wasn't selected this time, I learned a lot and am eager to apply for future opportunities at JUMPSEC. I highly recommend JUMPSEC to cybersecurity professionals looking for challenging and rewarding roles.
