Two interviews, the first one by video call with the HR and department lead, the second one at their office with the team lead. There was less than one week between the interviews and very fast feedback (1-2 days).

Applied through Glassdoor. They came back with a phone call, then an email with an interview appointment. Then we had the video call on MS teams. That was all. They did not get me back. I call them a while later and they said the position is filled by another candidate
