Interview
They have a clear hiring bias against male candidates, and it's most obvious at the interview stage. The shortlists for most corporate roles are overwhelmingly female. It's more about gender preference.

Interview
The initial interview was an online interview with functional managers where I was asked about the educational background and the final year research. The result of the interview was given on the same day. Next was an online test which took a week later.
