I was interviewed for the first RTP hiring group. Very laid back interview process. Almost set up so you can’t fail. Two seperate interviews… the first being ‘5-tell me about a time’. Then another with HR to confirm hours.

Easy interview. Very friendly people that I interviewed with. I flew down that day and interviewed. I met with a lot of different pilots. Overall it was a great experience
