I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Jefferies (London, England) in Sept 2017
Interview
First interview was with a recruiter who asked mainly motivaitonal questions regarding amibitions for the role and Jefferies. Second round was with an Analyst followed by two interviews with VPs. This procedure took around 2 weeks. After a week I received a call saying I got the job . After waiting for several months (!!) and more than 10 calls, there's still no contract so I declined and took another job.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jefferies (London, England)
Interview
CV submission, short phone interview, verbal and logical psychometric tests, AC with about 10 others, then partner face-to-face interviews. Very stringent and ultimately didn't make the cut. Lovely offices though, although I believe they have moved offices since my interviews.

Interview
1 hour with followed up with an excel test. The people who interviewed didn't let me speak much... Then HR didn't get back to me for two months... Pretty poor all around.
