they asked me questions and i answered them. they did a background check and i passed. They called me by phone to arrange an interview. I met with the store manager and he asked some questions. Then i had a second interview with the other merchanisers.

Selection process went well until the final interview after which the recruiter and hiring manager completely ghosted me on all fronts. Considering the process took several weeks, included 2 interviews, test and a case study, to not receive any aswer regarding the decision is completely unprofessional. Meanwhile, they are full of themselves when talking about their "open communication" policy, fluid hierarchy and what not.

J'ai passé différents tests cognitifs et un entretien video suite à une candidature via indeed. Il y a un test de logique et un test de personnalité à effectuer dans un temps imparti

I applied through the company website. The next day I received an email inviting me to do pre recorded interview questions. (There were 3 questions- of which i had to answer on a video which was then submitted). About 30 minutes after i submitted those answers, I was called to come into the store for an interview. I did the first interview which was a very positive experience. I was then called back two days later to come in for a second interview. Once I was finished the second interview I was told I will hear back in a few days. I heard back in two days and received an offer of which i accepted. Overall great experience interviewing at Jysk!

en este proceso empezo online con unos videos y preguntas y continuó con una llamada, estoy a la espera de continuar, ademas de esto un trato muy cercano y mucha amabilidad

Starts with 3 easy video recording questions and the next day received an email for an online interview through MT. The HR interviewer was nice and respectful. Scheduled interview (Panel interview with 3 ppl accounting manager, Controller, and the CFO) they didn’t tell me it was a panel interview which is okay! met with them an in-person interview! It was creepy NONE OF THEM introduced themselves they didn’t tell me anything about the role or the company!! Immediately jump into the questions NO smiles only the creepy accounting manager who asked the question! in the first 10 minutes, I knew this is not for me I can’t see myself working with ppl like that! I wanted to give it a chance even after the BAD reviews from the employees about them (3 ppl in the accounting /finance department. BUT I was like NAH I don’t want to spend 9 hours a day working with ppl like that!! JUST RUN AWAY!!!

Me contactaron para una entrevista on line y luego me pidieron cv para una presencial. Aunque sólo en la presencial me dijeron de qué empresa se trataba puesto que en la oferta de trabajo en la que me inscribí no lo especificaba

ik moest een video maken met een voorstelling van mezelf en waarom ze mij zoude moeten kiezen. ik ben nu niet zo spontaan maar wel een harde werker dus ik vind dat niet zo'n fijne manier om beoordeeld te worden want ik ga er dan ook van uit dat als je wat kan acteren je een goeie indruk kan nalaten.. niet zo logisch dus.
