I had two interviews for the role, each with a different interviewer. During the second interview, many of the questions were the same as those asked in the first, which gave me the impression that there hadn’t been any internal discussion about my CV or previous interview. After the interviews, I followed up for feedback but never received a response. This lack of communication felt unprofessional and has put me off applying again in the future.
