Had one interview which went well, then moved on to a second interview which also went well. After that I met with C-Suite executives for a third interview and then finally the last interview was with the CEO.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Iscential (Houston, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process was what I expected. I had 2 face-to-face interviews and I wrote a paper of why I felt I was the best fit for the position. The process took about a month to complete because of background checks and scheduling for interviews. I thought the process went rather quick because sometimes it take a few weeks to get the background check back.
I toured a different company's facility the other day and their hiring process is very intensive. It consist of 7 interviews and probably a background check and drug test. It probably takes a few months to be hired there.
