An initial phone interview reviewed the specifics of the job opening and how my skills matched with the needs of the team. I spoke directly with the owner/CEO, who explained what to expect in the job opportunity and the interview process. This individual was transparent about other applicants. Next I was given a small pro bono assignment to assess my skills, my ability to follow directions and meet a deadline. I went into the office to meet with a small group for the final interview.
