Interview
Telephone interview with Recruiter, followed by face to face interview with District Manager, then another with Regional District Manager. All in all the interview was fairly standard as they are just asking questions about your work history, and judging your personality to see if it is a good fit for the company and the team they are hiring for.
Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

Question 1
What was a difficult challenge you over came and how did you do it?
They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
