I had a wonderful interview experience with the VP of Marketing. We had a short phone interview and then an in person interview. After that I met and interviewed with the rest of the marketing team and the CEO of the company. It was a very nice experience.

Interview
Interaction was via a recruiter who said I was "perfect" for the job. Executive management has a bias towards anyone NOT coming from a TNS or Nielsen. They don't think other firms out there do market research. Especially Forrester who they view as just a bunch of consultants.
